LINAK visits the TMETAL factory On September 18th, LINAK Danish global supply chain manager, mechanical parts collaboration manager, SQE manager of Shenzhen, China, audited our company.At present, LINAK has developed aluminum alloy die-casting projects in our company. The product is used for wheelchair lift and angle adjustment drive modules for the disabled. The product requirements are very high. From the die-casting itself, many dimensional tolerances are +/-0.05, +/-0.03, which requires 4-axis CNC post-processing to complete. Hundreds of sizes need to be within tolerance.
LINAK reviewed our production spot,our manufacturing processes, audit our process control, supply chain management, and documentation systems and provided some valuable comments. They open and inspect the die casting molds, The CNC machining aids were also examined, and the torque testing process was demonstrated on site.
